产品介绍  脂溶性维生素，不溶于水，水溶性: <0.1 g/L (20°C) 溶于醇、醚、丙酮和氯仿等大多数有机溶剂，微溶于植物油。在潮湿空气中几天就氧化失活，纯结晶在棕色真空安瓿中冰箱相存放一年后仅有极微量变质。

生化机理 

Cholecalciferol is a naturally occuring form of vitamin D. Reported that upon metabolic activation, Cholecalciferol induces cell differentiation and prevents proliferation of cancer cells. Vitamin D acts through a receptor that is a member of the ligand-dependent transcription factor superfamily. Modulates the proliferation and differentiation of both normal and cancer cells. Has antiproliferative and antimetastatic effects on breast, colon, and prostate cancer cells. Activated vitamin D receptors in intestine and bone maintain calcium absorbance and homeostasis.

应用  Vitamin D3 通过受体起作用，该受体是具配体依赖性转录因子大家庭的一员，调控正常细胞和癌细胞的增殖和分化，对乳腺癌、结肠癌和前列腺癌具抗增殖、抗转移效果。肠和骨骼内激活的Vitamin D受体还能维持钙吸收和内平衡。
