产品介绍 易溶于热乙醇，在苯及乙醚中呈黄色，在氨水和硫酸中呈绯红色，属蒽醌类化合物，在酸性溶液中被还原则生成蒽酚及其互变异构体的蒽酮。

生化机理 Laxative/cathartic compound; increases the contraction of intestinal smooth muscle by releasing endogenous acetylcholine. Anti-tumor activity is associated with an increased production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) that, in turn, reduces the mitochondrial transmembrane electrical potential, thus inducing a permeability transition that sets in motion a series of events culminating in cellular apoptosis. Genotoxicity and mutagenicity appear to be due to the inhibition of topoisomerase II activity by aloe emodin.
