储 存 液0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.03% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol.
保存条件Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

The protein encoded by this gene interacts with microtubules and is functionally associated with beta-amyloid precursor protein transport and/or processing. The beta-amyloid precursor protein is a cell surface protein with signal-transducing properties, and it is thought to play a role in the pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease. This gene has been found to be highly expressed in breast cancer. Multiple polyadenylation sites have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008

May play a role in intracellular protein transport. May be involved in the translocation of APP along microtubules toward the cell surface.

Binds APP.

Nucleus. Cytoplasm

Post-translational modifications:
Rapidly degraded by the proteasome upon overexpression of a C-terminal fragment of APP.

Similarity:
Contains 8 TPR repeats.
