iFABP elisa酶联免疫试剂盒说明书检测中样品的处理：
1．细胞培养物上清：细胞培养物于室温1000g，离心10分钟后收集上清，并将标本保存于-20℃，且应避免反复冻融。
2．血清：标本请于室温放置2小时或4℃过夜后于1000g，4℃离心20分钟，取上清即可检测，或将标本放于-20℃保存，但应避免反复冻融。
3．血浆：可用EDTA或肝素作为抗凝剂标本采集后30分钟内于2-8℃,1000g离心15分钟，或将标本放于-20℃保存，但应避免反复冻融。
4．尿液：无菌收集取初尿，离心除去沉淀物，即可用于检测，要长期保存尿样，可以加入0.05％的NaN3在4-8℃保存，或加入尿样冰冻保护液放入-20℃冰箱长期保存。

5．组织匀浆：将组织标本先用PBS洗涤，除去多余血液，匀浆化后放在PBS于-20℃放置过夜，再经过二次反复冻融破膜，5000g，4℃离心5分钟，取上清即可检测。注：取样和样品处理过程中，防止有毒物质对操作人员的危害，要采取相应的保护措施。
