保存条件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

产品介绍 ARFGAP1 (ADP-ribosylation factor GTPase-activating protein 1), ARFGAP2 (ADP-ribosylation factor GTPase-activating protein 2) and ARFGAP3 (ADP-ribosylation factor GTPase-activating protein 3) are GTPase-activating proteins (GAP) that are associated with the Golgi apparatus and interact with ADP-ribosylation factor 1 (ARF). These proteins promote hydrolysis of ARF-bound GTP and are required for the dissociation of coat proteins from Golgi-derived membranes and vesicles. Dissociation of the coat proteins is required for the fusion of these vesicles with target compartments. The activity of ARFGAP1, ARFGAP2 and ARFGAP3 is stimulated by phosphoinosides and inhibited by phosphatidylcholine. The genes encoding ARFGAP1, ARFGAP2 and ARFGAP3 map to human chromosomes 20q13.33, 11p11.2 and 22q13.2, respectively.
Function : GTPase-activating protein (GAP) for ADP ribosylation factor 1 (ARF1). Hydrolysis of ARF1-bound GTP may lead to dissociation of coatomer from Golgi-derived membranes to allow fusion with target membranes.
Subcellular Location : Cytoplasm. Golgi apparatus membrane. Also found on peripheral punctate structures likely to be endoplasmic reticulum-Golgi intermediate compartment.
Tissue Specificity : Widely expressed. Highest expression in endocrine glands (pancreas, pituitary gland, salivary gland, and prostate) and testis with a much higher expression in the testis than in the ovary.
Similarity : Contains 1 Arf-GAP domain.
