保存条件  Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

Modulates vesicle budding and uncoating within the Golgi complex. In its GTP-bound form, its triggers the association with coat proteins with the Golgi membrane. The hydrolysis of ARF1-bound GTP, which is mediated by ARFGAPs proteins, is required for dissociation of coat proteins from Golgi membranes and vesicles.

Interacts with TMED2 and TMED10. Interacts with PLEKHA3. Interacts with PLEKHA8; the interaction, together with phosphatidylinositol 4-phosphate binding, is required for the FAPP2-mediated glucosylceramide transfer activity. 
Subcellular Location : Golgi apparatus. Cytoplasm > perinuclear region.
